    个人简介

    博士/副教授,博士生/硕士生导师,海南农垦热作产业集团科技副总(挂职),海南自贸港D类人才。主要从事药食同源植物资源/茶叶功效因子挖掘及健康促进机制,茶叶精深加工与高值化利用方面研究。主持国家自然科学基金 2 项,海南省重点研发项目1 项、海南省热带高效农业-协同创新中心项目1项,其他省部级及横向技术开发项目多项。共发表 SCI 论文近100篇,以第一作者/通信作者在食品领域Trends in Food Science and Technology, Critical Reviews in Food Science and NutritionFood HydrocolloidsFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等高水平期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,Hindex = 35ESI高被引论文5篇,热点论文2篇,封面文章1篇;申请或授权中国发明专利10多项;连续2年入选全球2%TOP顶尖科学家(20232024年)。受邀担任Journal of Future foodsFood & Medicine Homology青年编委;FoodsFrontiers in Nutrition客座编辑,同时担任国内外30多个期刊特邀审稿专家。
