个人简介
刘兴泉,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,国家粮食产业(优质稻谷储藏)技术创新中心主任。长期从事粮食储藏加工、森林食物资源挖掘与利用等领域的科学研究工作,主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、浙江省重点研发计划项目等各类科研项目40余项,发表学术论文150余篇,其中SCI、EI收录80余篇,获中国酒业协会科学技术奖、中国粮油学会技术进步奖、国家质量监督检验检疫总局科技兴检奖和浙江省科学技术奖等12项科研奖励。
